Planned technical-failure handling
Credits will be reserved before generation and settled after an image is delivered. Confirmed technical failures will release the reservation. An uncertain provider timeout requires reconciliation so a single request is not charged or regenerated twice.
New creative attempts
A successfully delivered image followed by a request to generate again is planned as a new billable task. This does not remove any applicable statutory rights or rights to report an unauthorized image.
Before checkout opens
The operator must finalize and publish payment refunds, cancellation, unused credit treatment, provider refund procedures and a monitored support contact. These draft terms are not an active commercial refund offer.
